Accessing the events section

The Events module in BoldSales enables users to efficiently schedule, manage, and track meetings, appointments, and key business events. It supports streamlined coordination across teams by providing tools for event creation, calendar integration, and real-time updates.

Steps to access the events section

Navigate to permission sets
  • Go to Setup > Security > Permission Sets.
Configure access to events
  • To create a new permission set:
    1. Click + Create Permission Set.
    2. Enter a name and description and clone from existing.
    3. In the permission set’s details under the Access section, find the Events module and configure Access Levels settings (View, Edit, Delete).

Assign users to the permission set
  1. Click Manage users within the permission set.
  2. Click Assign Users then select the users who need access to events.
  3. Click Assign to add users to the permission set.

  • The assigned users will be able to access the Events module.
