- Navigate to Setup > Security > Audit Logs.

- Categories – Choose a module (e.g., Users, Pipelines, Workflow Rules, Sales Documents).
- Actions – Filter by action types (Added, Modified, Deleted).
- Performed by – Track activity performed by a particular user.
