Accessing the pipelines

In BoldSales, access to pipelines is controlled through permission sets in setup. By configuring permission sets, admins can define which users can view, edit, or manage specific pipelines.

Steps to access pipelines

Navigate to permission sets

• Go to Setup > Security > Permission Sets.

Create or edit a permission set

• To create a new permission set:
  • Click + Create Permission Set.
  • Enter a name and description.
  • Clone a permission set from the existing permission sets.
  • Click Create to save the permission set.
  • Adjust the access levels under the specific pipelines.

• To edit an existing permission set:
  • Click on an existing permission set.
  • Adjust the access levels under the specific pipelines.
  • Click Save to apply changes.

Assign users to the permission set

• Click Manage users in the selected permission set.
• Click Assign Users to select users who need access to the specific pipeline.
• Click Assign to apply changes.

• Once assigned, users will be able to access the specific Pipelines based on their assigned permissions.
