In BoldSales, access to the tasks section is crucial for efficient task management, ensuring accountability, and enhancing productivity by allowing team members to prioritize and track their work. It enables teams to create, assign, and monitor tasks ensuring better workflow management.

Steps to access the tasks section

Navigate to permission sets
  • Go to Setup > Security > Permission Sets.
Configure access to tasks

To create a new permission set:

  • Click + Create Permission Set.
  • Enter a name and description and clone from an existing set.
  • Click Create to save the permission set.

To modify an existing permission set:

  • Select a permission set from the list.
  • Find the Tasks module and adjust access levels (View, Edit, Delete).

Assign users to the permission set
  • Click Manage users within the permission set.
  • Click Assign Users and select the users who need access to tasks.
  • Click Assign to apply changes.

Why can’t a user see the tasks module?
