Steps to access the tasks section
Navigate to permission sets
- Go to Setup > Security > Permission Sets.
Configure access to tasks
To create a new permission set:
- Click + Create Permission Set.
- Enter a name and description and clone from an existing set.
- Click Create to save the permission set.
To modify an existing permission set:
- Select a permission set from the list.
- Find the Tasks module and adjust access levels (View, Edit, Delete).
Assign users to the permission set
- Click Manage users within the permission set.
- Click Assign Users and select the users who need access to tasks.
- Click Assign to apply changes.
