Steps to monitor deleted records in audit logs
Accessing audit logs
- Navigate to Setup > Security from the left side menu.
- Click on Audit Logs.
Filtering for deleted records
- Click the Filter icon.
- Under Category, select the relevant module (e.g., Pipelines, Contacts, or Tasks).
- In Action, choose Deleted.
- Set a Timestamp if needed.
- Choose the user who performed the action.
- Click Apply to display relevant logs.
Restoring deleted records
- Currently, BoldSales CRM does not support direct restoration of deleted records from audit logs.
- However, you can manually recreate the records using details from the log.
