Logging in to BoldSales

Logging in to BoldSales is simple and secure. BoldSales uses Single Sign-On (SSO), so your organization controls who can access it. You don’t need to sign up separately or remember another password.

How to log in

  1. Check your email inbox for an invite from your BoldSales admin.
  2. Click the link in the email to go to the login screen.
  3. Choose from Google or Microsoft to log in via SSO. The available login options may vary depending on your organization’s settings.

You can only log in with accounts whose domains are approved by your organization. If you’re not sure which email to use, contact your admin.

Troubleshooting tips

Didn’t receive the invite?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, ask your admin to resend the invite.

Login link expired?

Contact your admin for a new link. For security reasons, login invitations expire after a limited time.

Do I need to create a BoldSales password?

No. You’ll sign in using your existing organization-approved Google or Microsoft account.
