You can easily insert hyperlinks and attach files while composing emails in BoldSales. These features help you share relevant resources, documents, and CRM context directly from the email interface.

Add a link to your email

1. Click the Activities icon from the left navigation panel.
2. Select Emails from the Activities menu.

3. Click New Email button located at the top left.
4. In the email editor, click the formatting dropdown to reveal more options.
5. Click the Insert link icon or press CTRL + K.
6. In the dialog:
   • Enter the URL (e.g., https://example.com/pricing)
   • Enter the Display text (e.g., View our pricing plans)
   • Optionally, add a Title and choose whether to open the link in a new window
7. Click Insert to add the link.

Add attachments to your email

1. Click the Activities icon from the left navigation panel.
2. Select Emails from the Activities menu.
3. In the New Email drawer, find the Attachments button at the bottom left.
4. Click the Attachments button to open the upload dialog.
5. Click Click to upload to start the uploading process.
6. Select a file from your device or drag and drop.
7. Make sure the file size does not exceed 20 MB.
