Filtering tasks
Managing tasks in BoldSales is easier with built-in views, custom views, and customizable filters that help organize work and track deadlines. This guide explains how to access predefined views, create custom views, apply filters, and identify due or overdue tasks to stay on top of priorities.
Use cases
View tasks assigned to you
Use the My tasks built-in view to view all tasks assigned to you.
Find tasks without a due date
Filter by Due date is empty to locate tasks missing deadlines.
Create a custom view for high-priority tasks
Combine filters like Priority as high and Due date before today, then save as a custom view.
You must have the Tasks module access granted in your permission set. Contact your CRM administrator to request access if you do not have this permission.

- Add more filters using Add condition, or another group using Add Group with And/Or logic between the groups.

- A Create View dialog will appear. Enter the following details:
- View name
- Share with:
Only me – Private view.
Everyone – All users can access.
Users/Teams – Share with specific users or teams.
