Filtering events

Events in BoldSales include predefined filters that help you quickly organize and view your schedule. These filters narrow down results, making it easier to manage and track activities.

Use cases

View all events

Select All events to see every event you have access to.

Focus on your events

Choose My events to view only events where you are the host.

Review past activities

Choose Completed events to see finished events.

You must have access to the Events module in your permission set. Contact your CRM administrator to request access if you do not have this permission.

How to apply a filter

  • Go to Activities > Events from the left sidebar menu.
  • In the events page, click the All events dropdown in the top-left.
  • Select the filter you want from the list.

Available filters

Filters help you quickly find the events you need without scrolling through the entire list.

  • All events - Shows all events you have access to.
  • My events - Shows only the events where you are the host.
  • Ongoing events - Shows events that are currently happening.
  • Upcoming events - Shows events scheduled for the future.
  • Completed events - Shows events that are already completed.
