In BoldSales, teams enhance collaboration by allowing shared access to records while preserving data security. By configuring team data access, admins can ensure members have the appropriate permissions to view, edit, and manage records efficiently.

Steps to configure team data access
Navigate to teams
- Click on Setup > Users and Teams > Teams from the left navigation menu.
Create or edit a team
- To create a new team, click + Create Team and enter a team name.
- To modify an existing team, click on the team’s name to edit the team members and other team details as intended.
Add team members
- Click on a team to assign members, click Assign Users from the teams details page and select users from the list.
- Click Assign (x) to confirm. X is the total number of users selected.
- Alternatively, you can add members during team creation or from the team’s listing page under User count column by clicking on the Assign users icon.
- Assign appropriate roles based on their responsibilities.
