Introduction to Products

Updated:

Products represent the items or services that a business offers to its customers. The Products module stores a detailed catalog of all items the business sells, ensuring that pricing, categorization, billing models, and other attributes remain consistent across sales, billing, and operational teams. This article offers a brief guide to understanding the module, how to access it, and the actions you can perform within it.
